Real estate mogul Greg Parker aka is a legend in rehabbing overlooked properties. He has singlehandedly played a major part in redeveloping his hometown of North Philadelphia with his real estate construction and investing businesses.
Greg plays both sides of the chessboard when it comes to rehabbing homes. He not only buys properties but he also renovates them with his in-house construction company (Maybach Construction).
With over 18 years of experience rehabbing homes, he knows every aspect of fixing a house. His experience allows him to navigate investment properties much easier and quicker, but it also has enabled him to give back to his community.
Having a construction company, he knows firsthand how valuable trade occupations are. When he realized that there was a lack of skilled workers for his jobs and knowing how many young men fall into trouble due to poverty, he decided to begin offering trade school classes for anyone interested in learning.
He has developed a 2-week training course that teaches the trades of plumbing, electrical work and welding. Everyone that completes the classes are guaranteed their first job on a property that his construction company is working on. They not only gain work experience as soon as they complete the courses, but they are also reimbursed for their tuition for the classes by way of compensation for the job.
Greg‘s real estate Company currently owns over 500 doors between Philadelphia and Cleveland but his passion to help others has always remained a primary focus.
